  1. Here are two picture from Ford parts and the location of the plug heater is the same for both the 1.6 and the 2.5. The plug is on the fly wheel end of the engine behind the exhaust manifold. It will be a tough job.
  2. Nice Report Don, I used the vent to fill mine with a long funnel and the fluid went in fast. I have changed mine twice at approximately 25000 mile intervals. This vehicle works the fluid hard so for the price of the fluid I might shorten the interval.
  3. The engine layout of the Diesel model is most likely different. No Diesels over hear yet.
  4. The manual lock feature is good to know about. There is a memory saver that can be plugged into a power socket that will not have enough power to spark any thing but will provide enough to maintain the computer memory settings.
  5. Very Nice, Looks like you might have the TC before the North Korean thing gets out of hand!!
  6. It would be a Gen 1 and pretty early in the US bound TC's
  7. It should be on the engine side of the firewall.
  8. That's good the last thing you need is a non standard trailer plug.
  9. They are factory. Factory hitch also, very nice. Welcome aboard
  10. Another plus is that Yellow lights are legal for flashing warning signals in all states..
  11. Do you have a picture that references the location better. Looks as if something put on the rack dented the roof
  12. If you put the module in the driver's side and run the power from the fuse on the passenger the whole thing works perfectly with out any jumper harness! The Curt harness I used had plenty of length to get to the trailer.
  13. Can't wait , Make sure the picture file is not to big.
  14. Don I agree with you about the golf cart batteries durable forgiving and inexpensive. Another plus is golf clubs are everywhere and so are the batteries!
  15. Don is spot on, do you have a second key to try? If the symptom continues then it is in the software.
