  1. The steel wheels are about $60.00 new from a place like Tirerack, use that as a guide. In my case I had factory alloys , when I put a set of winters on I looked into steel wheels. As it turned out Tirerack had a nice looking set of Alloys for $75 .00 as a close out. I now have two sets of Alloys and no hub caps.
  2. Autel makes both rubber and metal stem TPMS Programmable sensors at a reasonable price. You don't have a problem there
  3. I suspect that You could Get the wheels and brakes from Ford EU or Ford UK. It would not be Cheap.
  4. I live on a dirt road that tire might have interesting balancing issues. I have to say I am not a big fan of studs.
  5. Spelling was never my strong suit. I will work on it
  6. Great that is a Very different direction. there are a lot of great lite weight trailers that you can pull. Good luck, check in once and a while!
  7. Nice Report !! You have had a great trip.
  8. Probably don't want to use that van in the states at the moment!
  9. I will have to check is out, I have had no issue with the print quality when I have printed pages to take to the shop to get hand prints on.
  10. Nokian makes very good winter tires, The Fins know how snow tires work.
  11. Then the manual information I purchased as a PDf down load must come from the same place because the Illustrations and wiring information is the same. If you get the Deluxe edition you get some hyperlinks with more info.
  12. Welcome aboard, The photos are very nice you have a very well rigged TC.
  13. The manual is available from the web sight and is a pdf version of the factory manual. The cost is reasonable and the pdf is very complete. When you purchase you give the vin of your TC and it is set up for your vehicle with a complete Line ticket. https://www.factory-manuals.com/expand-ford-transit-connect-2013-2014-2015-2016-2017-2018-factory-repair-manual-344.html
  14. The 50 and 55 aspect ratio seem to be very popular on Lots of cars. The 225/50/18 on the Malibu that's in the fleet is much harder to get tires at a reasonable price.
  15. Sound's like you have enough information to write a great manual it could be a best seller
  16. Do you have a service manual for the Kids?
  17. I have 3 snow seasons with the TC, It is not the best winter vehicle I have had but it it is acceptable with good winter tires. You must get proficient at turning the Traction control off . Once you are able to control this feature then you will have a fairly capable vehicle.
  18. That was the reason that I went with the 215/60/16. The performance difference for the 2.5 and the 1.6 is very small but the ride improvement is the real bonus.
  19. The fact that the blower intake is on the floor under a seat makes the ingestion of Debris a real possibility.
  20. Right Don that's the load range you need. The 215/60/16 I put on my TC were a 99H load range so tires with an adequate load rating are available.
  21. The fact that It sat for 10 days and now has a problem says bad electrical connection to the ECU, check the grounds and fuses.
