  1. Looks interesting, i suspect Citroen has let the hypo pneumatic suspension go. If is does not have swing back doors I am out. Keep us posted if you get a test drive.
  2. The factory setting are limited because too large a change will mess with the emission calculations. Ford Motor does not want to get into that.
  3. If you are going down a long hill with the brakes applied does the noise repeat at a certain rate or is it once per brake application ?
  4. A quandary how new are they, when will you get back to Wisconsin, how much to ship. If you wait long enough the winters will turn into summers and then you can buy new winters.
  5. Have you jumped the starter to see if the engine turns over? Check all the grounds first.
  6. Does your engine have a oil pressure gauge or light? If a light, does that come on? Check the Sender wire on the engine oil pressure sender it could be involved?
  7. The swing doors on the TC are 50-50, the Promaster City and the Nissan have 60-40 doors. The refit is would be more complex than it looks because of the wiring and wiper washer hardware hookups . davidparker is correct that a good option for the bike rack is the swing out, hitch mounted rack. I have an XLT with swing doors and it has all the options that i need. Keep looking and you will find the right one. You might have to take a ride to get it.
  8. Sorry to hear that, I was hoping for a test dirve. I think The order numbers and Interest were most likely low and Ford pulled the plug.
  9. Check this recent post on your subject it could help Can I add OEM Cruise control to vehicle that came without it
  10. The only question is does the car have the right wiring harness, if so then a good dealer could do it. Unfortunately the best time to find out about adding cruise control was before you finalized the purchase.
  11. When I replaced the tires I up-sized to 215/60/16 . It added .5" to the side wall height . The change improved the ride quality.
  12. The thing that happens to the Tensioner most of the time is the bearing fails. If you take the belt off and check the pulley for wobble. The bearing should be free and smooth with no noise.
  13. I do not have any pictures of the engine you have. Is the Camshaft driven by a toothed rubber belt or a Chain. In any event if the tensioner was not doing its job 100% it could allow the timing to Jump and might not wreck the belt.
  14. The Transforce CV must be relatively new I checked 5 or 6 sites and you are correct no reviews. The 1010 tires site reviews you referenced were for the Transforce -AT tire . The simple tire reviews I referenced were also for the Transforce-AT tire.. My experience with Transforce tires is limited to the Transforce HT model and has been good.
  15. Thanks for that I have a 2014 and did not know that it will help when hooking up the trailer
  16. That is a different tire, and if you go to another retailer Simple Tire there are many more reviews and they paint a different picture. I cannot speak for the "Transforce At tire, I have had two sets of Transforce HT's on a 3500 Duel wheel Chev cutaway van . The Registered Weight is 12000 and it runs that weight 100% of the time. The tires last 35000 miles and are retired . If the Transforce CV give the same service you will be happy.
  17. As long as the engine did not run out of oil the only issue is the mess. That oil fill is located right over the cam shaft so if the cap was loose or missing it would make a big mess.
  18. The oil cap and the Dip stick are yellow and are where the arrow is
