  1. Did you change the Tie rod end? Does the noise change when you go around a corner ? What happens when you Rest your foot on the clutch and take up the free play? Have you checked the Transmission oil? Does it go away in when the Transmission is in direct drive?

    EXTERIOR CARE

When you live on a dirt road the task is easy, get over it the van is dirty!

    Egr fault code.

You need a scan tool that will operate the egr system and then you can operate the egr valve. If you have a running issue, then the valve it self might not seal and that would cause a hard start issue.
  4. He maybe too young but I am not! Band name origin The official commentary included in the CD set Celebrate: The Three Dog Night Story, 1964–1975 states that vocalist Danny Hutton's girlfriend, actress June Fairchild (best known as the "Ajax Lady" from the Cheech and Chong movie Up In Smoke) suggested the name after reading a magazine article about indigenous Australians, in which it was explained that on cold nights they would customarily sleep in a hole in the ground while embracing a dingo, a native species of feral dog. On colder nights they would sleep with two dogs and, if the night were freezing, it was a "three dog night".[3]
  5. The price of the pump is the small part of the issue. Pulling the tank can open up lots of issues. Depending on when and where the pump gives will definitely add to the enjoyment of the experience. It is just another thing that has changed as the cars and trucks be come more and more complex. I have one of these so it is not so much of an issue for me but watching the gauge is still the best Idea.
  6. There is a tool that slides into the back of the plug to unlock the connectors so you can slide them out . Then you can replace the fatigued spade connector and get a new plastic plug housing once you have the connectors out of the plug go on line and you will find the same connector for sale. Check the fuses , a lot of times when there is that much heat the fuse is running hot and blows,
  7. Just remember the in tank pump uses the fuel as a coolant and lubricant so not only is it inconvenient to run out of fuel, it will definitely shorten the life of the pump! Changing the pump is no longer a cheap fix on new cars.
  8. Very Nice, Looks like the dogs are having a better time than you are. You can purchase the tow hook, so you will have one Gen 2 tow hook from Ford spare parts P/N: 6M2Z 17A954 A List Price = $31.81
  9. That is one of the problems of an over engineered car. Spade connectors fatigue and the connection gets hot. What does the other side of the plug look like? Is there a wire or does it plug directly into the resistor? If there is a wire it is easy, Separate the wire that hooks up to the blue wire and connect directly with a larger spade connector. If it plugs directly into the resistor then the plug is self will have to be modified to allow the replacement of the fatigued connector in the plug.
  10. I could join you sometime if i stop skiing and figure out how to move all the accumulated crap!
  11. how much pressure, could it be a vacuum? if the Radiator cap vacuum brake is bad then it could hold a vacuum and that would make a noise on opening the cap!
  12. Tariffs are always counter productive in the end. Producing products where they can be made the best and cheapest keeps every body honest. Is is usually the governments protecting a special interest that fouls things up.
  13. Well up here you know what is going to happen, Block Heater for the tractor and a good snowblower ! You have to be in the Game!
  14. The real problem is that the first thing that is being made is money. That has changed from making something and that would make you money.
  15. Sounds Like a good plan , Family Peace is very important!
  16. Sounds like the first thing to check is the Tire and wheel company . Sounds like they did not put in the correct sensor. Any tech with a Tpms scanner can check the sensor and make sure that the it its a 315 Mhz sensor . If the wrong sensor was used the company should provide the correct one and pay for the swap at a good tire shop.
  17. Sounds like there was water or slush some where and it froze. Can you get to the front from the rear sliding doors?
  18. Nice Job. I have the feeling that the foot well hatch will be enlarged and Make your seat very a great install.
  19. Have you had a Trouble code? I would have your tech do a scan, Check the O2 sensors to see if they are responding with the correct voltage. The converters might be fine, and the fibreglass might be from the resonator.
  20. Hope the dealer has a good electrical tech and the problem is straight forward and found. Keep us posted!
