  1. The fuel system needs to be protected for the elevated corrosion that high alcohol fuel brings. The seals and rubber parts need to be changed to alcohol rated products , Edelbrock and Holley both make performance Carburetors that are calibrated to run E-85 . The Indy 500 has run methanol , Ethanol and E-85. The high octane allows for lots of power to weight and the ability to extinguish fires with water is an added benefit. The fuel mileage and cost are a secondary concern .
  2. There are no extra coolers and the brakes are the same. I have pulled 3 different trailers with mine and the brakes are completely adequate for the rated weight of a trailer. I added a Curt Hitch and wiring kit to mine so I do not have the Trailer Module. The Transmission seems fine and shifts well when Pulling the trailers.
  3. I suspect is is just the Weight. The tow package has a software adjustment to the Stability Module for a trailer sway .
  4. It is all about the BTU's per dollar. Good Information Don.
  5. That was good information Thanks
  6. If the TC has had a fluid change the pan gasket replacement was not up to the OEM standard and could have been compromised during installation. The She Crab Soup sounds Very good !

  11. Is it only the idle? Do you notice the issue at other times? Is the AC on?
  12. Sounds like you had a nick of time moment!
  13. Do you have access to a scanner? The idle is set by the PCM.
  14. The more fluid you run through the cleaner. I have done mine twice and after 12-13 the fluid is pretty clear.
  15. If You you get the right smart regulator for the vehicle Alternator the house battery charging function is automatic. The engine battery and the house battery will get the proper charge from one Alternator mounted on the engine. 16. The way the alternator Charging is controlled is buy voltage. If you get the right set up the even with the Headlight draw the house batteries will get most of the Charge with the right regulator the engine battery will only get Just what it needs . All the batteries Step back the charging amperage quite rapidly as the Battery voltage rises. The only way to get the batteries fully charged with the engine running is time, lots of time
  17. The path for the siphon tube into the tank is the biggest deterrent to that type of theft. The biggest worry for me is some one pouring a contaminated liquid into the tank. Filling the tank with medium flow does a good job getting the tank full.
  18. The access panel on the right side has a distribution box with lots of 12 volt access this could serve you purpose very nicely
  19. You want to stick with solid copper wire . Harborfreight has some solid copper wire harnesses stick with them.
