  1. In the power distribution box under the hood 30A 30B and 30C are relays that are in the Cooling fan circuit. The cooling fan diode is no 32 in that box. You can test there for power and you can also see if the fan works from there.
  2. If the engine that you are installing is complete The time should be less. If the transmission is being rebuilt and the Engine only has 7K then the drive train will almost be new. If the shop knows what they are doing it should go well. If the TC Does not have rust, then it should go fast.
  3. The best part is that you will still have the option of the seats if your situation changes .
  4. Not Yet, but it sounds like the door latches need to be adjusted to take the movement out the door.
  5. Not sure if this helps but Tire rack lists 64 17X8 alloy wheels that should fit your TC
  6. Mine is a wagon and Don is right if you can live with the 6 inch height reduction then the TC is a perfect compromise. In my case I have the back completely filled with tools with the Middle seat up . I made a floor extension that makes the Third seat extend up to the back doors . this is a very handy Vehicle.
  7. Thanks. Wonder why we are not allowed to have this feature? Could be some Dot regulation or Could it be Ford I just checked it is the Dot, sorry Ford
  8. Good info, Does the bulb move or does it change the brightness What is the price of the Headlight assembly in your parts catalogue?
  9. It could be or it could be like the steps on the fan switch. I need to see the headlight to see what the motor assembly looks like . that would be the key to the project being worth while.
  10. That is a good idea. I wonder what would be needed to use the headlight adjust button that would also come on that switch?
  11. True. But I have drilled lots of holes over the years!!!
  12. You should try it. It is liberating . That never bothered me, It allowed the phone to be in the best place. The way I run my cars they usually end up in the Scrap yard in the end any way.
  13. Thanks for the info . Sounds like a great rig. Having a real tire is the best way and it does go very well where you have it. It would be nice if the 2.5 injection system could handle propane. Here the cost difference is not great enough to make the conversion popular enough to get the companies interested. I will continue to follow your experience with much interest.
  14. I am sure that the lift gate has a two position lock and that would have two clicks when closed. Also the key fob will open the lift gate when the trunk Icon is pushed so there is an actuator for that operation . The lock fully opens when the gate released with only one noise.
  15. Yes that is correct . What do the two buttons on the left side of the head light switch control
  16. Very Cool We do not get that here unless it has been recently added. Beam height Adjusted under the hood. I guess it is just another thing we do not get. The fog lamp switch on the left I have one what do yours control.
  17. On the Model here there is a vertical beam adjuster on each light, it is yellow and has a hex key opening. Put your TC 25 to 30 feet from a flat wall and you can adjust the beams . I did mine and the lights are now great. mrtn can you take a photo of the adjustment nob you have ? We might be on the short end of the stick here again
  18. Very nice could you take a picture of the fuel tank install ? Did you go with a space saver tire or Fix a Flat ? When you shift fuels does the ecu switch the fuel gauge?
  19. Does your Van still like the propane? Have you done any testing on the performance difference between the Gasoline and Propane? You are no doubt enjoying the cars pep!!
