How high up is the awning when open? I was trying to guess your wife's height but didn't get anywhere with it.

Did you enter your VIN? So far everyone on this board has gotten their configuration there. http://www.etis.ford.com/vehicleRegSelector.do Click "Vehicle".
-
No, it's global, it should list the full configuration of your van.
-
Would have thought as well. Have you checked ETIS if your Connect was equipped with Bluetooth?
-
You might not have the Bluetooth module, in this case the phone button acts as a mute button in most cars. Bluetooth and Sync are not synonyms.

No idea about the new shape but the original model had proprietary seats, no other Ford seat fit without fabrication. Then again, the heating mats are so cheap and easy to install there's no point to go crazy unless you want to swap the seat for another reason.
-
But the line converter should melt the speaker signals together for mono sub output.
-
That does not sound right. There’s no phase delay correction in a cheap OEM head unit. Did you check the output like it was before? Do the original speakers work fine with the head unit?

It’s probably a gasoline version problem only, never heard of it in diesel models. -
Under the dash, obviously

A/C condensation drain stuck?

That Vega looks like a baby Camaro. You better hold on to these parts and get a body for it while you can. Anything Cosworth cost a lot these days in Europe. Just searched for Escorts: prices start from 20,500,-

I saw one 9-3 in your previous post, what else do you have?

Wait, those are not the correct mounting points. have the holes have been drilled in the flat roof sheet? This may cause extra stress on the roof. The correct points are in the drain grooves.

The throttle pedal has been known to fail occasionally. Get a new used one from a scrapper and be done with it.
-
Are you sure the marks appeared on your watch? There is no organic reasons for the rack or the foot load of it to cause this. The roof is very strong and the rack should be able to carry 200 lbs easily. There are service vans with a major rack on the top where two people can work.

Wait, what? RWL tires? What? Where?

Haha, done that, the first test run sounded like something crushing my skull but not in a good way. Now that I said it, it sounds wrong again.

Ford Transit Connect Manual Transmission Kit

I love it how in TV, to this day, you see people ripping some random wires from under the dash in 3 seconds to bang them together and voilá - the engine’s running. It’s not how it works. -
I’m also all for factory look.
-
+/- 10 mm is okay unless you’re running borderline wide tires. Offset over that will stress out the wheel bearings.

You can also make a front paper dispenser out of your overhead shelf, just roll it around your fist, put it on the shelf and pull the inner end through the perforation, works like the hand dryer roll:
