    Very likely the wheel bearing. Lift up the corresponding wheel and turn it by hand, You’ll feel and hear the rumbling. Diagnosing tyres is easy, just replace with a spare and see.

    Many do. And with the ever growing youngtimer restorations these parts are becoming less available. There’s really no difference if tinkering with cars feels good. Sandblasting and repainting your old steelies is more fun than getting a new set for less money.

    You can sometimes get the OEM hubcaps cheap when someone upgrades. Or get the original Mk1 Connect half size hubcaps (full size Transit ones look identical but won't fit) from ebay, which are the best looking ones ever (I lost mine somewhere in storage, worst thing ever happened to me, ever):

    I don’t even know how much I pay for the phone but I think it’s around €6.60 with 7GB of unlimited speed 4G data (limited speed after that) and free calls/texts. Plus Mobile-ID, of course.

    The A/C compressors are now so weak to meet the absurd emission requirements. Ever single drag has been eliminated. The old shape Connect has a perfectly adequate A/C, sold as ice and cools at dial number 2.

    Over here we mostly go to Hesburger. McDonalds is more of a Russian hangout. With the widest selection of STD-s, at least.

    Again, you and your friends backing up to the draw bar within half an inch from the coupling location without damaging the bumper every time you miss? Well, I cant, even tho I tow a trailer bi-weekly for the past 15 years. So with the new Connect I inch backwards, go check the distance and repeat until in sweet spot.

    For You and your friends, naturally. But I am way too weak to pull a fully loaded trailer (rocks, sand, decking wood, firewood, a garden tractor or a mini loader, flatbed laminator, a wideformat printer, you name it) to a tow ball on grass, forest or uneven terrain by a hand.

    While parking is easy without a camera it's essential for hooking up a trailer. I need to get one for mine as well.
