  1. Gentlemen, why not try to update your year 1926 GPS map?
  2. We diagnosed my friend’s Benz. It had 39 ECUs reported by the app..
  3. With a window it's even easier - a down angle mirror or a stick-on fisheye lens. These were popular in the 90s.
  4. Spotted a cool camper on the road:
  5. I will buy my first ever Peugeot if they pull it off.
  6. Oh ok. Over here you call 1313 and they'll pick up the roadkill right away.
  7. The A/C compressors are now so weak to meet the absurd emission requirements. Ever single drag has been eliminated. The old shape Connect has a perfectly adequate A/C, sold as ice and cools at dial number 2.
  8. Over here we mostly go to Hesburger. McDonalds is more of a Russian hangout. With the widest selection of STD-s, at least.
  9. Again, you and your friends backing up to the draw bar within half an inch from the coupling location without damaging the bumper every time you miss? Well, I cant, even tho I tow a trailer bi-weekly for the past 15 years. So with the new Connect I inch backwards, go check the distance and repeat until in sweet spot.
  10. For You and your friends, naturally. But I am way too weak to pull a fully loaded trailer (rocks, sand, decking wood, firewood, a garden tractor or a mini loader, flatbed laminator, a wideformat printer, you name it) to a tow ball on grass, forest or uneven terrain by a hand.
  11. While parking is easy without a camera it's essential for hooking up a trailer. I need to get one for mine as well.
  12. Just like mine. No windows in the back and no rear view mirror, obviously.
  13. Of course I did. I have kept a bigger gap since that event and quit messing with random electronics during driving.
  14. I had that holder, got it at MacDonald's drive in. It was the only cup holder in that car.
  15. You might not need a new latch. Mine had a problem of not closing sometimes and the reason was a misadjusted cable. The bullet end of the cable was a bit off center and when popping in the wrong side of the latch it did not allow it to lock. The dealer adjusted it and it's worked fine since.
  16. It's probably nothing as there are many pickup conversions with most of the back cut away with no reports of lost rigidity. Just curious.
  17. Well, I once grabbed a my tablet pc from the passenger seat looking away for a split second. During that time a neurotic lady slammed her brakes in front of me because of a blinking green (it blinks twice to indicate the following yellow and red over here so people farther away know to slow down) so I crashed my TC in her Benz. She did say afterwards that she shouldn't have braked but it was too late. Lesson learned for me, and her.
  18. Has he commented on the structural rigidity or the loss of it due to the cut roof?
  19. They have reached a cult following by today. Prices are hiking up and the limited Cosworth models are selling at outrageous prices: http://www.silverstoneauctions.com/1987-ford-sierra-rs500-cosworth Sold for £112,500
  20. Yeah, I remember this one (which you obviously have not seen ever):
  21. No, it's missing the panoramic roof and full leather (it has combined leather and Alcantara) but it has rain sensing wipers and lane departure control with servo steering. It can go for miles without intervention following the speed of the car in front and adjusts for merging traffic. It rattles the seatbelt and beeps for me to grab the steering wheel tho.
  22. Nope. The deer is not standing in front of the car. It's running, legs up from the ground. Remember this:
  23. Oh, I don’t think the diesel model was affected. 1.6 petrol only (including the Focus, Fiesta, etc).
