  2. The real problem is that the first thing that is being made is money. That has changed from making something and that would make you money.

  4. Sounds like the first thing to check is the Tire and wheel company . Sounds like they did not put in the correct sensor. Any tech with a Tpms scanner can check the sensor and make sure that the it its a 315 Mhz sensor . If the wrong sensor was used the company should provide the correct one and pay for the swap at a good tire shop.
  5. Sounds like there was water or slush some where and it froze. Can you get to the front from the rear sliding doors?

  7. Have you had a Trouble code? I would have your tech do a scan, Check the O2 sensors to see if they are responding with the correct voltage. The converters might be fine, and the fibreglass might be from the resonator.

  10. The Trans was out, when the clutch was changed, If the linkage was tightened up in a slightly different position then it could change the shifting. I need to find a picture of the linkage and see. Gen 1 or Gen 2 ?
  11. I Agree totally, however I have a friend who is an electrician and he loves his High top Nissan Van.
  12. Sounds like the clutch material is causing the input shaft to take a while to coast down.

  14. I have the feeling that most of the TC's are used in the EU market to Spain is a more central location. I just hope that the Passenger model sells enough to continue.
  15. Fingers crossed here, My TC just crossed 80000 and seems to run the way it did on day one, it has not been back to the Dealer once.
  16. Its a 4000.00 difference, a new Trans is 2500 to 3500, With the 2016's you will get some of the bumper to bumper and 2 years atleast on the power train! Do you feel Lucky?

    That configuration is available for the EU I think mrtn has that set up.
  18. Well it is good that it was warranty, I wonder what the charge would have been if you had been out of the 60000 power train warranty?
  19. Have you tried going into first and then going into Reverse? If the new clutch has different material it could have a slight drag when released. Reverse gear does not have a syncro so the gears need to be stopped or almost stopped to engage.
  20. I am looking at the online ford maintenance schedule, are these fairly accurate? Does the TC require more attention the this? One of the selling point for TC was the minimal maintenance requirements. What is your experience ? If you look at the guide is says a 4 speed transmission, Not sure what you are looking at but it does not go with the TC you are looking at. There is a fairly large incidence of the left half shaft leaking at the transmission seal. This transmission shifts well, but it works hard , The Transmission fluid need to be changed regularly.
  21. How did the TC drive, the oil on the bottom could be left over from changing the oil, where was the oil on the Valve cover. If the your mechanic has a good scan tool they should be able to see what the trouble code history is. How does it drive? 60000 miles is 60000 miles no mater how fast it was put on. What does the rest of the car look like? If the discount is big enough and it drive well , it could be a good deal. I would flush the transmission fluid if you do buy it.
