    The roof carries a lot more and there are heavy duty racks and baskets available, the limit is set this low to avoid people tipping their vans over when turning.

    I have a factory tow bar (swan neck) and I tow weekly (or twice a week) with my 10' light trailer (1000 lbs payload) no brakes. The trailer is actually very durable and takes twice the payload without a squeak. I once loaded too much sand on it and the axle looked to be sitting really close to the spring bumpers. I calculated the sand weight by volume afterwards and it was 4000 lbs! Sand is really tricky, never thought it was this heavy.

    Just wanted to suggest the source for the dual clutch information. Regarding the dual zone CC: this is normal UI, my two different Japanese vehicles act exactly the same, both also have "DUAL" button or just press "AUTO" to restore dual control from the driver side. Don't know about the Connect as mine has a manual dial A/C.

    Diesel models have a Powershift dual-clutch automatic.

    I would use Waze or *Maps and stop worrying. The built-ins are outdated anyway.

    You'll get used to to the quick clear wire grid. I've had those since my '96 Escort and loving every minute of it. The defogging power of this solution exceeds any blower and even works in very wet and damp conditions, not to mention de-icing (not relevant in your case).

    You don't want metal shavings fixed in the oil filter. A magnetic oil drain plug works just fine. It gathers the junk in the very bottom of the oil pan and draining the oil will remove all loose metal particles. You can just wipe the plug clean and refit.

    Correct. The only minus is junkies getting interested in anything they can rip out of the car. Does your Pioneer "listen" to CANBUS signals on light switch position, speed etc?

    These were extremely popular here late in the 80s/early 90s: Toyota LiteAce, Mitsubishi Delica and Nissan Vanette were the most visible ones. Seemed boring to me back then but would like to have one right now.

    In case of a sticker, yes, but the original oil cap has Castrol printed directly on it. As you know, Motorcraft is not a manufacturer of anything, it's just Ford's brand name of stuff they source from actual manufacturers and guarantee the quality by their own branding. So there can be anything in the engine from the factory.

    Left half of the right space is reserved for "Auto Start-Stop ON/OFF" switch. I have seen this button in a showroom TC. It has a capital A in a circle, like ®

    My Ecoboost engine has "Ford recommends Castrol" written on the cover as well as Castrol logo on the oil cap. Fully synthetic, naturally.

    That's the policy of your local dealer or distributor. Our base radio (the one with a tiny dot matrix LED screen) has USB/MP3/Bluetooth as standard, no extra cost.
