  1. Frontier/Navara is diesel only over here and it's definitely adequate. I've hauled compact diggers/frontal loaders around behind it (wide dual axle trailer) and had no issues. The suspension is a bit too "truckish" for a daily driver but the steering and transmission are accurate. Shift points are okay even fully loaded.
  2. I've driven solid panel vans for 10 years now. You'll get used to it, guaranteed.
  3. https://www.instagram.com/happycampers_/ Some stunning scenery. There are also pics of nature.
  4. Oh come on. Seatbelts and helmets actually save lives. What's a dead person good for?
  5. I don't get it. The bank should be happier issuing a loan for a commercial vehicle as this has more potential of earning money and securing payments.
  6. Very likely. My gasoline engine does. It can be checked in Ford Etis, look for "Active Grilleshutter".
  7. It should not get warm idling. Modern diesels are so effective that they do not generate any extra heat unloaded. That's why all diesels in colder territories are equipped with aux heaters (Webasto or Eberspächer). My old 1.8 TDDi did not warm up at all in winter when the aux heater was broken.
  8. Which parts? I've only read through some fun parts like maintenance and powered stuff.
  9. I did, partially, it's the best looking of city vans. Fiat Doblo/RAM Promaster City/Opel Combo: MB Citan/Renault Kangoo: Citroen Berlingo/Peugeot Partner Nissan NV200 (ugh): These are the options over here. Just recently the new Citroen Jumpy/Peugeot Traveller/Toyota ProAce was introduced, this has some nicer lines. It's larger tho:
  10. Heh. We would get a ticket if there's anything remotely resembling a reg plate on the car (besides the ones issued to it), let alone a real fake plate for fun.
  11. Exactly, and if there's a blank panel there which is separate from the sheet metal it's added afterwards.
  12. Cargo vans originally have no holes anywhere unless there are windows (sliding door and/or rear barn doors). If some panels were fitted to fill the hole then there were windows.
  13. The file is probably digitally "watermarked" with your personal details so they can backtrack it to the original buyer.
  14. Oh, btw, as it's winter here, snowing every day, I have had my share of traction control engaging already. With snow tires it's not bad at all. Everything works as in any other FWD car. I accelerated harder than usual yesterday and spun the front tires on bare (salt wet) pavement, the TRC engaged but didn't interfere with shifting or anything. Regarding chargers, entertainment for kids in the car, depending on the age of the kids it's not too late to have them getting used to no tablet computers or cartoons in the car. A comic book and/or a couple of toys will do fine.
  15. That's from the era when the Camry looked nice. The newest one is hideous.
  16. Guess you had not experienced violence of that magnitude before and after?
  17. This is to tell you: "you don't work on your own car, ever, we do".
  18. Okay, so the aux white led is just an additional light for the camera?
  19. No idea, but you can ask your closest distributor: http://www.prinsautogas.com/en/partners.html
