stanger_missle
On my 2015 XLT van, the rear cargo doors do not unlock when I use the fob. I can hear and feel the solenoid click when pressing the unlock button but the doors do not unlock unless I crawl into the back and use the yellow door handle to open them. Is this normal? Its a PITA to go through the side doors every time the doors lock, either from using the fob or when they autolock above a certain speed. sKiZo
Your fob should have an "open trunk" button. Use that. Works on mine anyway.
Fifty150
My key fob has one of those buttons. My button does nothing. I wonder if I can use Forscan to try to find a feature I can activate with that button.
jrm223
All my rear doors unlock from a double-press on the normal unlock button, or I can use the "rear doors" button to unlock them while leaving the front locked. If you can feel vibrations in the door while hitting the unlock button, but it stays locked, then something is probably wrong with the latch/lock mechanism in the right barn-door. Don Ridley
Fifty, The trunk button on the fob will unlock a lift gate without making any sound. Try it. I thought mine was useless but it does unlock the door. This is because the "lock" is voltage from the BCM, not a mechanical latch changing position. G B L
The Trunk button unlatches my barn doors.
