  1. This concept is going to be interesting to watch - I like the idea of a solar panel to help power the vehicle. This is probably the way of the future in some respects.
  2. Keep us up to date if you find a kit that works, please.
  3. I wish that we had the small diesel engine in the Ford Transit Connect :(
  4. Jim, You might also want to consider posting this on http://www.FlatRateTech.com They have a bunch of Ford techs on there that might be able to help
  5. Try the http://www.FordFiestaForum.com This site is for the Transit Connect van
  6. If you've wrapped you Ford Transit Connect, I'd love to see how you've wrapped it. Please post up some photos
  7. Is there a deflector that you can put in front of the rack?
  8. Wow - if I wasn't up to my eyeballs, swimming in debt, I'd pick that up!
  9. I've been really good comments about the Bridgestone Blizzak - has anyone tried them on the T.C. yet?
  10. I don't believe MRT has their Transit Connect exhaust out yet, but here's their URL; http://www.mrt-direct.com/
  11. What you've done (and are doing) to your Transit Connect is very cool! I'd love to do something like this and trek across the Trans-Canadian one day. Where did you get the front grille guard?
  12. I went to build a 2014 Ford Transit Connect (new body style) and they have more colors than the previous model years. I especially like the yellow one:
  13. Agreed. Sounds like a simple thermostat needs replacement.
  14. I think some people saw the Transit Connect transitioning into a quasi minivan to some extent as Ford doesn't have anything in that segment. I would like to see the Ford S-MAX come over here next.
  15. How popular are Transit Connects in the U.K. compared to other, competing models? What are other models/brands that are cross-shopped?
  16. Really nice addition to your Transit Connect!
  17. With the Transit becoming available in the summer of 2014 and it being built in the U.S., I wonder if the Transit Connect is next? It seems to me that the 2014 Transit Connect lost a little (ok, a lot) of its commercial look into a little more consumer - not sure if this will spike demand, but if it does, I wonder if they add T.C. production to the U.S. or Canada?
