  1. Hi, Just bought myself a 2016 TC XLT LWB. Love it! Want to mount my GPS up front, but have found that the front 12v power outlet is always on, leaving me vulnerable for a dead battery. Any thoughts on how to do this? Thanks in advance. -Johnny V

  2. It is recommended to use a wired connection for stability. Not good when you are working with the car's computer, and the wireless signal drops.

  3. Forscan is still available. You can get a free 2 month license or pay about $12 for a one year subscription. Paid license gets you technical support and you can join the forum. Wifi adapters are not recommended for making configuration or programming changes. Get an OBDlink EX or BX (Bluetooth) so you don't rick bricking your vehicle. I leave my BX plugged into the OBDII port and check things with my cellphone when needed.

  4. Hey Don. GREAT NEWS. Your input about the 70A fuse was spot on. It is the blue wire on center. I removed the cover near the front of the battery and found the fuses you indicated. Absolutely the 70A fuse was blown. I replaced the fuse and all the issues were now resolved. Front and sliding door windows, driver power seat adjustments, power locks, rear camera and the fault errors on the screen were no longer there. I really appreciate your wisdom and guidance. Well done Sir! Problem resolved. ROYMAX

  5. The TC wagona have a fuse box, auxiliary junction box (AJB), behind the louvered cover on the right rear of the vehicle. Here is one with the cover removed: Depending on trim level, there will be fuses here for rear climate, power seat, front and rear door locks and the power plug above the AJB. A 70 amp circuit from the battery junction box feeds the AJB. If you have lost power to all the above items, you may have blown the 70 A fuse. Check the fuses in the AJB first: F1 through F7. If they are OK we can talk about the 70 A fuse. The BJB is on the front of the battery box.
