  1. I've got an Ecoboost wagon and can confirm that it was a pain in the ass to find. I had to give up on the glass roof to make it happen. The SWB wagon is quite rare already, which doesn't surprise me much (who wants a 5-seat van, besides me, of course :D ). What surprises me more was the decision to not offer the Ecoboost on the LWB wagon.

    2017 Ordering Guide

I have an appointment to place my 2017 order tomorrow at 2pm PST. I'll going to find out as much as they'll tell me.

  3. Ford It seems Ford is really not caring too much about the minority of us, who actually like this vehicle and it's "available" options. You should do what I did, keep visiting the Ford website until you get a "chat invitation". Once you get an agent, ask them to run the search for you. Funny thing is there's no way to initiate a chat without being invited. It's just one obstacle after another. Why can't I just like another vehicle? The Metris is ugly and overpriced. The NV200 is a joke. The Promaster City...ew.

    Why would Ford

Well, be happy you still have regular turning knobs as these are slowly disappearing from the market. First a push button you would have to look at before pressing it, now touchscreens which are complete WTF, like we have to stop the car before using the HVAC controls. There's no muscle memory that can be used for touchscreens. My Toyota has a push button for the telephone screen, then there is a 6 x 20 mm "Speed Dial" virtual button on screen you have to hit while driving, it's the size of a vitamin capsule. Then, if and when you manage to hit it there are matchbox sized speed dial buttons for contact names. Well, hello. Don't get me started about voice controls
