  1. Host the photos somewhere like Photobucket and then just paste the IMG code here.
  2. Oh that IS nice and the back bar also !! The company I work for is a distributor for Setina & GoRhino police push bars. I'm going to show this to the bossman! :happy feet:
  3. Well, at least we can tell the accident investigators what happened to ya! You do the same for me!
  4. Anyone investigated turning off all those flashing lights when you lock/unlock with the fob? All of my Fords are controlled by one fob and this thing blinks so many lights that if I don't drive it for 3-4 days the battery runs down from my locking/unlocking my other vehicles! :banghead: A simple horn chirp would have made several of us happy ! !
  5. Since 90% of my driving is interstate that scenario would freak me out too, if not cause a major accident! Never heard of that happening before. Keep us informed!
  6. Co-worker was backed into by a flatbed Dura-Max Chevrolet. Damage is almost $5K !!
  7. Has anyone done any tinting of the upper windshield or added a visor, or anything to reduce the blinding by the sun? How Ford can put such a HUGE windshield in this van and then equip it with the tiny sun visors is beyond me. All of my early morning trips are EAST and I'm blinded daily by the sun. I move left-right, up-down trying to hide behind the wimpy sun visors but there's no escaping that WIDE space between visors. I'm about ready to get out the spray paint and paint the top half of the glass!!
  8. Welcome ! What the heck is a "a Aries Automotive, Inc pedestrian collector" ?
  9. Ford has issued a TSB on the falling weatherstrip issue. TSB 11-2-18 UPPER FRONT DOOR WEATHERSTRIP - LOOSE OR FALLING OFF How do I post a pdf file here?
  10. Here is a hint: Tow hook
  11. You've hit on the USA forum for the Transit Connect ............where we get no tddi. Or did you know that and just wish to rub it in!
  12. Interesting idea, I'm watching.............
  13. Is this stuff applied as a bead or was it a 'tape"? Concentrated citrus, as I mentioned above, removes adhesives. If it's a tube applied bead there is a decal "eraser" used on a variable speed drill that would probably work. My link
  14. I have to reset my pressures every time it's serviced at the Ford dealer.
  15. I'm about ready to unplug the things on mine. If they get even WET they raise hello every time I put it in reverse. Dealer was supposed to diagnose/fix the things. When I picked it up they said they had ordered a part.........haven't heard a word from them.
  16. Three Arctic Breeze units @ 200 lbs each 18 Group 31PC2150 S ODYSSEY Drycell Batteries 31-PC2150 @ 77 lbs each. (600 lbs + 1386 lbs =1986 lbs) plus a couple hundred +/- pounds of misc items. http://www.arcticbreeze-truckac.com/content/arcticbreezeintro.html http://www.odysseybatteries.com/battery/pc2150.htm So, it isn't fooling about a 1600 lb payload!!
  17. Well I've gone and overloaded the little ball cap with wheels. I didn't realize the load was as heavy as it was until i started the ride home and there was no rear suspension "flex". :o I checked the rear suspension when I got home yesterday and here's what I saw. :( So I have no choice at this point except to ease on this morning to my delivery point about 80 miles away.
  18. Yep, 28K on mine and no pads yet. Plenty of dust also!
  19. Turn up the radio. Of course if you still have the stock speakers that might be more annoying than the rattle!
  20. Awesome info ! ! I'll be making that modification in short order! A little research yields some replacement part numbers if your Ford dealer doesn't have one.
  21. Good show 103 ! ! Does anyone know the number of the euro light that goes there in the non-USA vehicles?
