Hey Everyone! Today i received a new gadget for my 2014 TC it is a http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008736UWO/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 i did not get a sync or any CD player with my TC but it has a 3.5 Jack in so i can hook up my phone and listen to my music from it but it has to have a the wire to plug in all the time and it is in the way sometimes you know what i mean. So when the member "Easy" suggested to get a Bluetooth adapter i looked into that option there is a quiet few options out there but all of them has some drawbacks some of them you need to turn on every time you get in to your car, and thats a pain in the back others has a battery but you need to keep them charged . I did some research and find this blackberry music gateway and it got some positive reviews with some negative ones some people said it adds a hum noise to the music and you need to pump up the volume to hear it . so i was a little skeptical but it had more positive reviews so anyway i decide to order one. it came in the mail today and i hooked it up to try it out i have a moto x phone it has NFC the blackberry music gateway has NFC as well so pairing is effortless , just tap it to your phone and viola its already paired . As some people complained about some noise i did not find any hum noise and sound volume is fine to me. The device is smaller than a Zippo lighter seems very high quality made , it comes with different adapters so you can connect it to your home music system as well and a wall power adapter for home use. It will works with any smartphone, its needs power connected to the 12V power outlet in your car with micro USB cable also included same as what you use for your phone to charge but it will turn off after if it does not sense any input signal so thats cool. Anyway i just wanted to share this might be helpful for someone looking for a similar device.

Most universal airbags has a side material fabric made with special stitching and a thinner fabric that the sitting aria to work with the side airbags the one i got is like that. the air bag is very powerful so when its deploys it forces to rip open the fabric.

If you really want to spend $200 plus for a set of seat covers is your call of course , but i will show you tomorrow what i got from pep boys after some research on the net , the seat cover i got was $39 its fits well the backrest a little tight but after a couple days its gets stretched out so its fine the cover for the sitting is fits like a custom made one, it has a cover for the headrest as well only thing is it does not have for the arm rest but i use a black sock and stitch it up at the end "please don't laugh" it looks fine and protect it good. It made of like a nylon stretchy material thick i had one on my old car similar material different in design holds up just fine after 4 years oh it has a foam in the back to prevent the cover to move around on the seat. My 2 cents about breathable material, the original material used on the seat is not cotton it is a nylon so using a breathable seat cover over it it kind of useless in my opinion. if you go to the store you can check it out for your self. When i was searching i find this one but i was like there is no way for me to spend this kind of money on a seat cover instead of i got that $39 one and the rest of the money i bought LED replacement bulbs for the tail light going to install them tomorrow will show pictures after installation. http://www.jcwhitney.com/pn/c47p3067j1s45.jcwx?filterid=d19184y2014g88

the seats are very supportive but if you have a wide bottom maybe too small for you. on the passenger seat has a cover installed already purchased from pep boys fits nice and provide plenty of protection. -

2014 Ford Transit Connect: Who has one?
Johnyguy replied to robertlane's topic in 2014 Ford Transit Connect
Let me ask you the manual says don't check mpg until around 3000 miles on the vehicle I'm on my first tank of gas mpg pretty bad but I'm not worry because I'm on the brake in time so hopefully it will improve, since you said you keep tracking MPG when is your mpg started to improve roughly or it was good from the get go? Thanks! -
I confirm no drum brakes ! all disk brakes and they work pretty good actually you know you have the van.

Welcome and congrats nice van and interesting photo! When I read the headline I would not think someone introducing himself. But I checked it out...

I was dissapointed when I figured out because I don't have the steering wheel controls now I don't have a trip computer MPG etc..what a hell! But we still have miles left to empty and that's helpful, and maybe if I would have the actual mpg I would go crazy why is it takes so much gas lol Not a big deal I got the power mirrors that was an option I was like there is no way I can miss that, and heated windshield and heated windshield washer , When I ordered the van some of the options were kind of confusing. Hope you enjoy yours.
