    Mercedes Metris Way better than the Chevy, Ram, & Nissan microvans. My dad said that if a contractor shows up at your house in a Mercedes, don't even let him in. He has to charge more, for the same job, in order to make those Mercedes payments.

  2. If using a puller or pliers you may want to reinstall the nut loosely while you're first trying to get it broken loose. It'll give you a larger surface to pry against and it will protect the threads. And if you do happen to damage the surface with the plier teeth or something, it's a lot easier to replace a nut than a threaded wiper motor shaft.

    They're pretty decent, and of course in mud, too. I've gotten the van stuck in my own damned yard many times because it gets swampy at times and the General's are a lot better at self-extraction than the OEM Conti's ever were.
