Rileuy Posted November 3, 2019 Share Posted November 3, 2019 Driving my 2019 passenger at night is very distracting as the entire windshield seems to be pixelated. Lots of little squares and x's. My husband noticed several suction cup marks on the windshield. Wondering if the dealer perhaps replaced a smashed windshield at some point. Is this standard? I don't have it on mine, but I have seen others describe it as a fine grid of wires that becomes visible under some conditions. It's a heater to clear the windshield just like rear windows have had for years. But it's a larger quantity of smaller wires for better visibility. Don Ridley Posted November 3, 2019 Share Posted November 3, 2019 Yes, the heated windshield creates some scattered light reflections. I have gotten used to it but it is not ideal.
