davidparker
So I was watching old movies (as in black and white) over the holidays and saw an early (around 1940-1950) sedan delivery flash by on the screen. The thought hit me... "That kinda looks like a TC" (it was probably the wine...) Anyhow, as I thought about it some more, I realized "Duh, what do you think a sedan delivery is!". A delivery vehicle built on a car chassis. So for your amusement, here is a pic of a '46 and a link to short history of the sedan delivery. https://macsmotorcitygarage.com/another-look-at-sedan-deliveries/ G B L

When I watch black & white movies, and drink, I get my white dinner jacket out of the closet & pretend that I'm Rick in Casablanca. Running guns. Underground casino. Selling stolen travel documents. Bribing cops. And sleeping with another man's wife.
G B L
I just shows that there is not much new in the Car business .
Eddy Kilowatt
When describing the TC to friends, I say "overgrown PT Cruiser" which, sadly, helps. Most of them don't know the TC by name (thanks, Ford). I'm still waiting for the right moment to use "I'm just here to fix the cable" ? . Fifty150
There's a member who sells soup with his. Mine is a "shaggin' wagon".
WillMartin
Over the years, I have heard all of the bad jokes about vans and "free candy" signs. Mine has a different sign. It says "free champagne." I go for a different demographic. I think there's the potential for a beautiful friendship with Rick in Casablanca. jrm223
