YONKK
Not really a glovebox more like a dash cover but the UK TC version has a Top dash glovebox. A few pics of U. S version. PhotoAl
Now that is a worthwhile change! My Volt had a little dash top cubby with a 12V outlet. Very handy for charging the phone or powering a Garmin/TomTom or Radar Detector (seriously who would have or need one in a Volt :-) )We use the TC for long trips and that would be so nice. Fifty150
Does anybody have a part call out name, part number, or source?
mrtn
Wait what. The glovebox is on top of the instrument cluster (in European models). The center pod has no room for it.
jrm223
Yes, the Euro-spec ones have it above the instrument cluster, not above the radio. Maybe Yonkk confused/thought it was the center since the one pictured is actually RHD, where our US passenger obviously sits on this side of the big pond. Edit: Wait, looking at the first post again, I realize Yonkk removed his own center cover. But, still the wrong spot for the Euro-spec cubby hole.
