looks comfy. what is on the roof? TV antenna and extra AC? does it have multiple batteries tucked somewhere? ... that microwave looks like it sucks lots of juice. is your connect a one-off conversion, or is somebody selling these?

110? with the way speedometers typically lie by a few mph... this would confirm the 108 speed limiter post. empty wyoming secondary highways that telescope to the horizon put you in a trance.... . the speed/air you are punching through seems to steady the ride - I would not dare in any space that might need a turn, though.

5/8" deep socket and two short extensions.... lucky I had two - one is not enough and the medium extension is too long. plucked the plugs with needle nose pliers.. used an old 5/8" "spark plug" socket with a rubber grommet inside to hold the new ones for insertion/initial threading (but that socket was too short to use for wrenching). they are cheap spark plugs with some variant of "platinum alloy", but still a known name..... amazon said they would fit. left the COP. and now the p300 cel is back... lists as "permanent" so perhaps my ODB2 reader/app cannot clear it? that or it is actually a vacuum leak I need to track down......

changed them out. The overhang of the engine bay makes it harder than typical to unscrew and then grab the spark plug. .. sore back. Used never seize on the threads and dielectic grease on the coil boots. put in: NGK 5019 LTR5GP - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001MU28P2/ nothing too alarming on the ones I pulled out. No CEL codes since the changeover but it is pretty early.

Our 2016 transit titanium is at 96K and starting to throw intermittent misfire cel codes for all cylinders. Looking around the old posts here I am surprised to see very little mention of spark plugs. At what mileage have folks ended up changing their spark plugs, and when doing this did you also change the coil packs or leave them be? Start new topic odes

lost the screw that holds the jack in its little cubby, so I had the jack floating around loose in the back for a couple days. now I noticed that during a turn induced slide across the "trunk" space the jack end punched a hole through the plastic sidewall. Ouch.

I had the loud thrumming sound and was getting close to ripping the whole dash apart... when It magically stopped thrumming at high fan speeds. Now it is just normal air noise, no problem. Don't know what stopped the thrumming but it was unbearable. now I just need to track down the rough road rattle coming from the far rear.

I hate that belly pan. Especially the time I dropped the engine oil fill cap onto it, seconds after screwing it back into place. if it got ripped out from under the car going over a deer or the like I wouldn't replace it, but until he gets trashed I'll keep it in place to save the belts from road spray.

I did the british amazon thule feet and ebay china aero bar knock off also. thanks OP! yes, the bars are too short to put the crossbar end caps on - so I left them off. rack did great on a road tour to alaska and back. if I get around to it, I might shoot some foam into the crossbar ends to seal them, so bugs don't move in.

Mike, Thanks for the quick reply/info. I have used fuse extenders and a similar wire path (to an interior fuse block) to do a dash cam on a Ford fiesta. Seeing the a-pillar cover off is a great confidence booster.

has anyone added a dash cam to their TC? In my 2016 TC titanium there is a large sensor pod/center windshield panel associated with the rearview mirror. I expect there is power here that I could tap into for a dash cam. does anyone have a wiring diagram for this assembly/know the safe way to pop off the cover?
