The wagon rear panels take up a little more interior space where you see the metal wheel tub on the van giving 48inches between the wheels. The Wagon covers wheel tub and reduces the clearance to just shi of 47 inches. The panel also houses a cooling duct for the rear AC that cools the third Seat. Of course there are the required Cup Holders for the rear seat passenger's Latte!!1 point
