Don Ridley Posted August 22, 2021 Share Posted August 22, 2021 These types of problems require a scan tool to read the error codes. It's impossible to troubleshoot without this information. The scanners can be expensive. Forscan is free but requires a $40-75 adapter. This has been discussed on the forum so search Forscan for info. My friend just experienced this in his Accord. Went to limp mode every time at 80 mph, no other symptoms, no noticeable clutch slip but it still turned out to be just that.
