I would think a good quality and dia matched tire on 15 inch alloy rims(easy to view pad wear) would be desirable..can't seem to find on the web where anyone has done this. I'll keep looking

Are there any compatibility issues with the LV and the various full synthetics?

I would cut the key part off and just use the FOB to unlock/lock. this would be less cumbersome as i hang keys from my belt. http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-2013-2014-2015-2016-2017-FORD-ESCAPE-KEYLESS-REMOTE-ENTRY-KEY-FOB-164-R8046-/292217648051?fits=Year%3A2014|Make%3AFord|Model%3ATransit+Connect&epid=1292843155&hash=item44098773b3:g:Ov0AAOSwfBBZlOyR&vxp=mtr

Factory red grease in the side door rails
Willygee replied to Willygee's topic in Exterior Parts & Panels
I'm curious..are the rollers equipped with ball bearings? -
Factory red grease in the side door rails...thinking the grease will just attract debris. I would like to just wipe it out of there..any thoughts?

My local ford dealer obviously would prefer to install there OEM system at est $600.00. A very reputable shop can install a simple one button start (Compustar) for 275.00. My TC has 10700 miles so i have a lot of warranty left. My ? is what have been your experiences with warranty issues of any kind and finger pointing from an after market remote start?

Used retired credit card edge to scrap off the majority then 91% isopropyl which works well but leaves a slight residue. Hit it with some quick auto spray wax to restore shine. Thinking there has to be a better way
