tnoll
I don’t see anyone’s 2019 TC but mine driving around with some kind of safety light always on in the headlights. Asked the dealer how to turn them off. They don’t know. Don’t even know what the ‘feature’ is called to find it in the manual ….
Double Nickels
I think it's a daytime running light feature. But I don't know for sure.
tnoll
I should be able to turn it off. I don’t see other people’s lights on.
Don Ridley
DRLs on my 2016 can't be turned off. Every switch position leaves them on. But can disable the DRL with Forscan. A dealership should be able to disable them if you don't live in Canada where they are required by law.
BSJBSJ
Look in the manual. There are "configurable" and "non-configurable" DRL's. Body trims with non-configurable lights can't be turned off.
tnoll
I looked in the manual but didn’t see anything. Dealer went into the Sync 3 but couldn’t find a setting. Maybe I’ll call Ford.

I see people driving with the lights. Not headlights. Just the small parking lamp. I don't know if they turned the light on or if it was automatic daytime running light. BSJBSJ
I assume there is a 2019 version but here's mine 2021 Ford Transit Connect Owner Manuals, Warranties & More | Official Ford Owner Site I couldn't find a way get Forscan to turn off my non-configurable DRLs... tnoll
The dealer guy was going through those screens and couldn’t find it. Maybe I can if I get a chance to go back. Thanks.
tnoll
Well, at least the digital manual gives me something to search. Haven’t time right now for the information screens, but I don’t seem to have the autolamp setting.

tnoll
That was a handy video, only I don't have the top right icon on my lights control knob, and at Settings, I do not have the on/off menu item. I only have four autolamps delay settings: no delay, and three various by-the-second. But, from that page, I chatted with someone and, provided with my VIN, he didn't know either. Escalating to the big boys, will get back to me ...
Fifty150
See what other people are doing with other models of Ford vehicles. You may find a Foreskin hack.
