  1. I've always gone higher than the sticker, it improves gas mileage. And it looks like different versions of this van have different pressures on their stickers. Their might also be different tires for different versions.
  2. My door sticker says 41psi. But I always add more on my vehicles.
  3. Raise your tire pressures. That will give you less rolling resistance and better gas mileage... My tires are at 46psi
  4. Also make sure you are accurately calculating your MPGs. Built in MPG gauges are seldom accurate.
  5. It would, but then the antenna cable is outside of the vehicle.
  6. Mine is new as well, first thing I did was drill a hole in the roof :-)
  7. There is certainly a work around to most things. I just don't think there is a Ford way to fix it. I would suggest installing a toggle switch on the fuse that runs the lights.
  8. As far as I know the only thing you can set is the headlamp delay.
  9. It finally got cold out this morning so I could test out the remote start. It was 17F, I fired up the remote start and only the rear defroster came on automatically. The Quick Clear windshield defroster did not. Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this. Side note, even though the rear defroster was on as I could see the frost melting, the indicator light on the button wasn't on.
  10. How about the 2014's ? (2.5 liter Gas) I came from the Focus ST world and it's cool to see FSWerks in here

    34.4 MPG

I'll add some pics this weekend of my bed setup...

    34.4 MPG

I will try the gallery thing, sounds like a good idea. I haven't posted any pictures, but I can certainly post some. Edit, Here we go... uploaded to gallery, nice... I should also note that I have all my tires set at 46PSI which is 4 PSI higher than the door sticker. I do that on all my vehicles. Less drag and better handling.

    34.4 MPG

I can't attach photos anymore to this forum for some reason.

    34.4 MPG

This was cruise control set at 60 mph for about 60 miles. The engine has almost 4000 miles on it and is really starting to loosen up. 34.4 MPG average. This is a 2014 Titanium, so its heavy too. almost 4000lbs.
  15. I would have never bought my 2014 if I hadn't driven it. It drives like a car surprisingly. Nothing else this big offers so much gas mileage here in the US. Great work Ford....
  16. I'd like to add one of these as well. Such a long list of incompatibilities...
  17. Has anyone found a way to disable the folding mirrors? Every time I press the unlock button they unfold, and fold in when I press the lock button. I can see this being an issue this winter when snow and ice gets caked in there. Plus I really don't want to wear out the motors. I don't really need them to fold in that often at all. I can certainly just pull the fuse to disable them, but I'd like to still be able to manually fold them in once in a while if driving through a small alleyway or something. Plus I'm guessing that pulling the fuse will make the heated mirror function stop working as well. I already found the secret way to keep the remote start running when you open the door (And also disable the horn honking), so I figured maybe there would be a hidden way to tweak the mirror settings too...
  18. So we will probably be getting a letter at some point to bring the vehicle in.
  19. Won't that draw in engine heat vs colder air? (Which would help with gas mileage but hurt power)
  20. Internally it does lock, its designed to be tamper resistant. I suppose if the thief had the special ford funnel they could bypass it, but that's probably unlikely.
  21. We were at $3.50 a gallon about 2 months ago, prices has really fallen, gotta love that...
