Hitch-type Bike Rack suggestions
Phil0110 replied to OnionPowder's topic in Cargo, Hauling, Towing & Upfit Packages
I use Thule T2 Pro XTR hitch bike rack. It has space for my 2 Tommaso https://www.bikethesites.com/road-bikes-under-2000/#product1 they're quite big. You can look at their size yourself. I am completely satisfied with the reliability of Thule, but it seems to me it's a bit overpriced. -
Automatic engine off and restart feature is erratic
Phil0110 replied to Chip's topic in Lounge Transit Connect
It's also worth noting that the engine stop-start feature may not be suitable for all driving situations. For example, if you frequently drive in heavy traffic or make short trips, the feature may not activate as frequently. If you're concerned about the performance of the feature, you may want to check with your dealer or mechanic to ensure that there are no underlying issues with your vehicle. -
It's possible that the issue you're experiencing is related to a faulty wheel speed sensor. Wheel speed sensors are a crucial component in the anti-lock brake system and can cause the ABS and Hill Start Assist lights to come on if they fail or become damaged. The speedometer and information displays may also be affected by a faulty sensor. It's good to hear that you were able to restart the car and clear the issue temporarily, but it's important to have the issue properly diagnosed and repaired to prevent any potential safety hazards while driving.

The added floor extension could be providing additional structural support, and removing or modifying it could compromise the integrity of the vehicle. It's recommended to consult with a professional mechanic or body shop before making any modifications to the floor of the van. To produce additional electicity you can purchase a generator e.g. https://generatorpick.com/best-rv-generator/ especially if you are going to travel on it.

It's possible that the heater core is clogged or the thermostat is not functioning properly, which is preventing hot coolant from flowing through the heater core and into the cabin. Another possibility is a malfunctioning blend door or actuator, which could be preventing warm air from entering the cabin.

It's amazing how much gunk and debris can accumulate in a cabin air filter over time, even in a relatively new car.

Good day! When I was pregnant, my husband and I bought a baby humidifier, it is very saving, especially if you live in the city, the child breathes better and gets sick less. We don't have one like this anymore (it's old enough), but I can advise https://houseandbeyond.org/best-baby-humidifier/ Vicks. As for the bucket seat, we've bought Chicco https://www.target.com/p/chicco-keyfit-30-infant-car-seat/-/A-15068637?preselect=80168736#lnk=sametab , it's very comfortable and safe.

It's very hard to replace a recliner in a car because it should fit all rules of safety, I can only advise to buy a chair pad https://www.reclinerland.com/best-massage-chair-pad/ smth like that, it will support a head, neck and back. All of them has a massage effect.

Of course tires and inflation make a difference, I wish I understand it earlier.
