ericalb@live.com
2014 Transit Connect heating and cooling panel wont make it hot or cold and wont switch from floor to panel to defrost. The fan is blowing air and works fine. What is wrong?

Twisty knob type. I replaced the entire control unit, but it didnt resolve issue. Also radio stays on all the time, so i wonder if the 2 issues are related and its something electrical?? Don Ridley
Sounds like a problem with the body control module (BCM). This is the main computer for everything in the TC except engine control. Troubleshooting the BCM requires special tools and documentation. You may have to go to a dealer.
Fifty150
A common problem with a lot of Fords is the faulty blend door actuator. Switches and blends from hot to cold air, directs the heat or AC to the correct passage. Try that first.
