MazdaTraitor
I found a really good deal on a 2013 XL, but I like the XLT options (mainly the body colored bumpers and power locks). Can I just swap XLT bumpers onto it and do aftermarket power locks or is it a bigger pain in the ass than that?
davidparker
Cargo Van or Passenger Wagon? If its the cargo van and only the bumper swap and locks, it should not be that bad. You may be able to use factory parts on the locks, a lot depends on the wiring. I can't speak to the wagon, since mine is a cargo version. sKiZo
Don't forget the power mirrors and remote locks. I'd also think about adding the proximity sensor if you rip into the rear bumper. I suppose a lot would depend on whether Ford in their infinite wisdom used a universal wiring loom for both. Shouldn't be that difficult if all the connections are already there. Tully Kieys
Check out an explosion diagram on the bumper cover , on the XLT Titainium . Thats a lot of wire to run and splice and and ... The Prius we did was $800 and has been fussy admittedly, there were multiple aftermarket accessories added.
