I'd suspect that putting a bit of silicone on each push-pin would help hold everything in place and keep things quiet. Personally, I pulled everything out of the back of my cargo van awhile back and haven't had money to get insulation yet, lol. So, it sits 'open' - I get more road noise, but I'm used to trucks so it's not an issue for me. Eventually, after I do the insulation, I'll likely do treadplate (diamond plate) in place of the plastic because I like the looks of diamond plate and it's more durable than plastic.

There are some pins with an extra rubber grommet at the base that may help with the squeaks: Fort Part #W713297-S300

I used some to replace pins I damaged when popping panels on and off during work on my 2015 TC
