jrm223
I'd suspect that putting a bit of silicone on each push-pin would help hold everything in place and keep things quiet. Personally, I pulled everything out of the back of my cargo van awhile back and haven't had money to get insulation yet, lol. So, it sits 'open' - I get more road noise, but I'm used to trucks so it's not an issue for me. Eventually, after I do the insulation, I'll likely do treadplate (diamond plate) in place of the plastic because I like the looks of diamond plate and it's more durable than plastic. DonShockley
There are some pins with an extra rubber grommet at the base that may help with the squeaks: Fort Part #W713297-S300 https://www.amazon.com/Ford-Panel-Retainer-Sealer-W713297-S300/dp/B00CWLL84C I used some to replace pins I damaged when popping panels on and off during work on my 2015 TC
