Thanks. The two boxes in the back are bolted to the floor and wall in existing threaded holes in the body work. The front box is just sitting on some anti-slip mat. Seems to stay put (unless I flip the van of course). The cushions I made myself. I had a steep learning curve with the sewing machine.

I have recently upgraded the interior of my TC 230 Limited. Having only owned it for about 3 months, it's still an on-going project, but most of the hard work is done.

I like the way your headlining flows into the area below the roof. The whole of your installation is very neat and well thought out.

With mine, because I have made removable panels for mains sockets, RCD, lighting etc, I wasn't able to make the roof lining as neat as yours. I have added some anti-drum panels and 2 layers of insulation under the trim material for my headlining. It has improved the noise levels in the van, but then there is anti-drum and insulation in all the doors and side panels as well.

Making these bespoke coverings and trims is most time consuming!

I'll get some pics posted asap.

I wish I could take credit for the headliner, but that's the original as installed by Ford. Would like to see what you have come up with. Let's see some pics.

I knew that there was a headlining available (according to the Ford parts list) but I hadn't seen one installed. The 230 LWB doesn't come with one, but I presume that the multi seat variant labelled as a Tourneo in the UK, would be a bit spartan without one. The model ranges must differ quite markedly depending on where you are.

In the UK, I think I'm correct in saying that you can't get a high roof LWB model with 2 glazed cargo doors and rear glazed barn doors. In the low roof version, there is a crew van, which may have glazed cargo doors, and the choice of barn doors or a hatch door.

I would have preferred to have the glass the same as yours, it makes a dark coloured vehicle (mine's Panther Black) a bit lighter, as well as improving visibility from the side at road junctions etc.

I will get some pics posted when I have a mo.

All the best

Hi encore8, finally got round to uploading some pics today of interior mods and power distribution.

There's enough power in the 12V leisure battery to run most things, charged from split charge relay or onboard mains charger.

Panel with voltmeter shows charge in either leisure or van battery.

Space for an inflatable bed, curtains with magnets attach to body where bulkhead would be, providing a dark interior for sleeping at night.

Night heater can provide warmth or some air ventilation.
