JackGrimshaw
Just discovered this site is back up.I had given up and stopped checking. I still have my 2016 LWB and my wife is still complaining about the uncomfortable passenger seat.We both find the seats too narrow and they seem to force one into same position on a long trip. I have solved my side with a folded bath mat that adds a little cushion but it still is uncomfortable after a few hrs(most likely due to a steel rod in my right femur that was inserted through the right butt cheek) My wife is a little wider the me and has had a hip replacement. Just wondering if anyone has found a junkyard replacement that bolts in with little to no modification.
olegburn
Junkyard replacement will likely have no side airbags or ways to connect to your TC sensors/computer. I love mine, but agree that long drives are not the most comfy. Hope you find the solution. windguy

There has been some discussion over the years about the seats being uncomfortable. One solution I recall is adding spacers to the seat mounts to raise the height of the seat. My only advice in doing this is don't use skateboard wheels as a spacer. Try the thread below for ideas. Good luck!
JackGrimshaw
Thanks Windguy. I remember reading that post a few years ago.My problem is not seat height but the firmness of the bottom portion, especially the edges. On longer trips I seem to end up in the same position with pressure on the same spots. I had forgotten about the differences between models. Maybe I'll search for some seats from a Titanium. Only issue would be lack of power for power adjustible seat. This site doesn't seem to be as busy as it once was. Members as well as TCs aging out?
