Fog lights on Ebay

I've considered the idea of installing fog lights in mine, but can't see how the "orange juicer" plugs come out of the front air dam. Looks to me like they have to be hole-sawed. -

Bought mine on January 21 and it has 4,009 miles on it now. It's used strictly as a business vehicle and it has made three round trips to San Antonio and one to Austin.
