  1. I had my tranny rebuilt at 42,000 miles under warranty.
  2. keep trying. the four removal keys do work. they have to go in the correct direction and you have to kinda move them toward the doors to press the retaining clip on the factory radio in. I had to do one side at a time. and it hurt my fingers too.
  3. I purchased this kit at home depot for around $50 last weekend. I installed it so I could store boxes of wire. I will post some photos soon. And it is enclosed to capture anything up there.
  4. I dont think my TC has that piece.
  5. The standard radio does not do anything but turn on. I believe you can get the dash kits in the usa now. $100 radio, $50 door speakers (yes they need to be upgraded), and about $50 for the dash kit and harness. You will be much happier.
  6. It is a company vehicle, which I am looking for another job now anyways, so I can't have work done unless it is broken. And, I dont know what "bhp" is... or at least what it is short for.
  7. that looks nicer than the one i ordered from the UK.
  8. I only have the bellow on one side.
  9. What are those pieces mounted under your windows? I dont have windows. and how did you route the speaker wire to the back doors?
  10. How much? Is it a Ford product? Cant I just get one locally?
  11. I shall try adding a ground to the stereo then. I listen to my mp3 or cd mostly, but from time to time, AM is needed.
  12. Do you still get AM stations? I went to listen to a hockey game on the AM band, I got nothing! It worked in the Ranger I use to drive just fine.
  13. We have had some real cold weather in Dallas lately and I think the heat in these just takes longer to really work. I like the racks, I have my pictures in the gallery of what I did. I wanted a divider for the cab, but it seems to take away some door space from the sliding doors. I dont have a parts slider, but a truck box, for my tools.
  14. I ran 18/2 straight off the battery(inline fuse), through a rubber hole by the pedals, under the dash, up the driver window pillar, and accross the tray, to a 12v outlet for my GPS. I mount my GPS where the rear view mirror should be. Took me about 30 minutes.
  15. I had my tail light off to add a reverse beeper. Mine had nothing abnormal on it like that.
