JET
I have a cargo van with passenger-side slider door solid window and 'reveal moulding' (part 9929796) attached to rear side edge. Just had the driver-side slider door metal cover panel replaced with glass but, alas, no moulding was installed. Is this part necessary? To do what? Can someone offer explanation? Thanks... jrm223
Some other forum member had reported a long time ago that there is some wind noise in the second row if the trim piece is missing. Obviously, you likely won't notice any extra wind noise up in the front seat with a cargo van. But if you do suddenly get some strange new noise while driving, that'd be the spot to start. Fifty150
Those just stick on. Peel away the waxy paper strip, and stick it on. The dealership tech finally used some sort of weatherstrip adhesive in a tube, and it held better than the low quality adhesive it came with.
