Peacock1
We are full time RVers and will be towing our vehicle with a tow dolly. It requires that the steering wheel be unlocked and able to move freely when being towed. So far the only thing I can find is to turn the ignition off leaving the car in neutral but that still leaves a stiff steering wheel. Any thoughts or solutions are welcome. mrtn
Turning the ignition off to ACC position does not lock the steering wheel in any car, AFAIK.
Peacock1
Unfortunately a new TC is keyless so no option to place in acc position.
G B L
You can still leave it in the Acc position. If you have to you can leave it in Neutral and turn the ignition off the column will not lock. Just make sure the wheel straps are tight.
