Of course it's possible.  It's possible to do whatever you want.  You just have to be willing to do the work, to make it work.  I doubt if it will be a simple bolt-on swap.

First, remove the seats you already have.  Then get the seats you want, plus all of the mounting hardware for those seats.

Now you may need to remove the hardware for your seats, and install the hardware for the seats you want.  You may have to cut away what you don't want, and weld in a new piece of flooring to mount the seats you want.

I have a 2010 European ( I am in the uk) transit connect and the fold flat single passenger seat would not fold down, the seat base would not pull up and the seat back would not click into its upright position. I looked everywhere I could think of on the net for some images on how the seat mechanism works which proved fruitless so here’s some photos I took myself after I had fixed it.

How did I fix it? I sprayed the mechanism with GT85 (wd40 would have done just as well I just prefer the smell of GT85!) and let that soak in overnight. I then noticed that the seat base was stuck down because the two pins that are welded to the underside of the seat base were trapped in the seat mechanism grooves. Where the two grooves should line up they were not. A simple bit of tweaking with a long screwdriver released the pin (it’s the same at the ‘handbrake ‘ side for the seat because the bar that runs across the seat base with the small spring on it basically causes the handbrake side of the mechanism to mirror what the side you are working on is doing.) This released the mechanism and now its all good.

I am going to upload a short video to you tube showing the mechanism working as it should too.
