amosdudley
Hi everyone,I just bought a 2015 Transit Connect. I've noticed that occasionally on braking, there is a distinct clunk and a slight lurch, as if the transmission is incorrectly shifting. This is my first car - I'm still within the 90 day dealer 'warranty' (really just Massachusetts lemon law), and the vehicle has 38,000 miles so still has a warranty from Ford. What should I do? Take it to the dealer first?
mrtn
I would make a written notice and see that they replied within this 90 day period. You can mess with legalities later.
G B L
Make sure to get a record in with where you purchased the Tc. The transmission shift is adaptive so if you disconnect the battery it will go through the learn process and could change how it shifts.
