Welshdean
I've recently bought a van and it has got a roof extractor fan. I'm finding that there is water leaking inside from it and as I live on a hill I thought that might be why. But I looked earlier and found that there is rust around the edges of the plastic insert and wondered if that's where it's actually leaking from and not the fan itself. If I remove it what would be the best method. Thanks

Welshdean
Method of removing it. Surely I don't just kick it through and slap an ugly metal plate on there and weld around it.
