The salespeople and mechanics have been no help. Does anyone know how to retrieve the code? You would think the manufacturer would have the ability to do this? Thanks is this this optional black keypad that you can order with the van or added as an accessory? same as the one shown in the pic below. factory mounts them on the driver's door. G B L Posted January 4, 2016 Share Posted January 4, 2016 The Dealer can get the key code off the Car, and with the Vin number. The Key Code sequence to re program the key pad should also be available.
