orden
Just thought I'd say hi to this group! Finally got my 2014 XLT in after ordering in Feb and receiving Nov in Los Angeles county (took forever!). I'll be modifying the vehicle over the years, so far starting with a two tone satin black paint job on roof, hood, and those ugly grayish black window pillars. Ordered some TSW Rivage Wheels, and will pin stripe them orange over the silver/white. For now, just painted wheels and put on some cool wheel covers. https://c1.staticflickr.com/9/8172/7932258866_141f50f56b_z.jpg Also putting on an orange vinyl stripe off center from roof to hood on passenger side.http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GDF6MXU/

windguy
welcome to the forum congrats on getting your new TC. That sure was a long wait. cool looking wagon pics. you're really pimping your ride. can't wait to see the rest of your mods. if you want to post pics, it's best to create your own gallery, upload pics to that and then you can attach them to your post if you want to. the file size limit for regular attachments is only 500KB for all files so there's not much to work with there. Photo gallery is found under Your Profile then My Settings

Nice! I may take a hint here for my next wrap, if it's ok
orden
Of course, glad to share ideas! Thanks for tips on photos. Wheels are the tough part here, the 5x108 bolt pattern is rare, and the front will only take 18" to fit a few tires that meet the load ratings. I'm thinking to put a larger diameter 19" wheels on back though to stagger.
mrtn
Make sure the overall diameter stays the same or you'll mess up the TPMS report.
orden
For the front axle, definitely sticking with OEM diameter. It's the rear that I've been doing lots of research on going up about an inch diameter to allow for a tire that meets load bearing requirements. Without going up in diameter, there is no aftermarket 19" I can find that fits a tire to meet load bearing. So far, all I've read indicates this increase shouldn't effect much since it's the rear axle, but hadn't thought about the TPMS. How would it potentially effect it? I like what I saw though. Nice job. What does the new badge mean? Really easy to set up your own Photo Gallery on this Forum. Then you easily attach pics to your post using the My Media tab above. Let me know if you need help setting that up. USA Gas, really?? (ha, don't want to divert your discussion to gas types)
