esromj
I have a 2018 XL passenger wagon, LWB. I recently had a dash warning come on for low tire pressure but it didn't indicate which tire or what pressure it was at. Is there any way in the dash panel to see which tire is low? Fifty150
You can use an OBD II scanner. The right software will read each tire's PSI. You could also check your tires with a manual gauge. It's possible that with a 2018, one or more TPMS sensor needs to be replaced. The batteries in those don't last forever.
G B L
This just another little annoyance on the TC from ford ! The information is there from the Tpms but ford does not make it available on the display. If you don't have a scan tool , use a manual gauge to find the low tire. If the sensor was bad it would be a different warning. Just a another Ford better Idea.
Fifty150
TPMS has been around for over 20 years. 20 years ago, they had the technology to allow us to read tire pressure. Not just tire pressure, but all of the information Which the car's computer reads, could be available to the owner. Which cars make that information available to the owner? What car allows you to get a diagnostic trouble code, instead of just seeing a check engine light? Which car allows the driver to monitor real time data? It's there. I can see it with a scan tool, or a free app on my phone.
esromj
I considered buying a scan/code reader tool, might still get one later. Instead I ordered a small display device (click for link) that claims it can detect the TPMS sensors and just display the tire pressure and temperature. I'll try to remember to post an update if I can get the thing to work. G B L
