kruss77
Looking for information regarding the HVAC "blend door actuator" which changes the position of the "doors" inide the HVAC system to route or block heated/cooled air into the passenger compartment. Anyone have any experience with this problem?
Fifty150
In the old Fords, for decades, the HVAC system had a series of actuators which helped to regulate the hot & cold air mix, and the which direction to blow the air (floor, dash, defrost). Those failed. They were difficult to replace. Sometimes requiring removal of the dashboard. Get a factory service manual for whatever model year you have. Sometimes, information like this is not in an over-the-counter Haynes or Chiltons book.
Phillip A
Where is the blend door located on 2021 ford transit connect?
Don Ridley
Here is information from a 2016. The 2021 should be similar. A Ford Focus uses the same actuators. hvac.pdf Edited July 14 by Don Ridley
