This is a temperture related problem, once the weather warms up the sensors are fine. It seemd like a relay sticks closed when it gets cold.
-
"Need To keep heater in re-circulate mode /and put in auto start" Would you like to tell us how you do that?
-
I don't have your answer but I have your problem. It is only 24 outside but my backup alarms go off every time I put into reverse. I am going to try a heat gun on different parts to see if it will stop.

Hi glad to haer from you, but I'm sorry to say I think you have the wrong site. This site is in the US and we don't have anything but the petrol Transits over here. I think you want http://fordtransit.org/forum/index.php which is based in the UK. Thanks for trying to help your friend. John Janoch

I have played burned Audio discs in the Transit. I don't think it will play MP-3s. I listen to audio books all the time. Although they are not rewritables they are CD-Rs

I would like a slider window that opens in the rear cargo area. I have Golden Retrievers and would like to get air back there when I am driving or stopped. John

I think you want the British site at: http://fordtransit.org/forum/index.php We yanks don't know nothing about 55 plate connects or all those other great vans you chaps have over there. -
This is what I did to get air flow in the back cargo area. The vents open either way to scoop air in or suck it out. I got them off of Ebay for $10.00 each.

If you get any reply please let me know, I would like this also. My dealer said it was only available if Adrian would install it. Thanks John

Add two more feet to the length so I can haul a sheet of plywood in the back. -
I bought the lamps from Bulgaria and they got here today. They are not like the photos of the Ford lamps as shown above. They are a one piece housing the would be held in place by two screws. You need to remove the juice squeezers then mount these in the holes. I'll work on getting out my squeezers and report on what I find. There is no plug just two pigtails for conections. The price was right and they got here quicker then some stuff I ordered off the west coast, I live in Ohio. John

There is no cheap horsepower. You should figure about $100.00 per 1 HP, so if you want 10 to 15 HP you are going to spend about $1500.00. You could put a Focus turbo on it for about $3000.00 plus installation and tuning. The old addage HP = Money is still true. A cold air kit is the cheapest HP found to date.
