I noticed the mirror covers on the Swedish site were smooth, whereas the UK site has the same chrome covers, but have the word "Connect" also chromed on them.... How much are the Swedish mirror covers in US dollars? Don't know which ones I like better.... Regards, Woody

Haven't seen those here in the US, I have those exact mirrors that I ordered from the UK.. The caps are chrome plated plastic.... Try this place: http://www.vanmods.co.uk/advice/information/transitconnect0209

That's what I thought! Thanks for the info! Regards, Woody

I could be wrong, but isn't the drivers side ( only one) armrest adjustable? Could have sworn it was on a 2012 I test drove... My 2013 is not adjustable,... Just swings up, or down with no detent height adjustments...

Anyone know of a spoiler/ deflector for the rear roof area, to prevent or at least reduce the crap that gets sucked in and deposited all over the back doors? Hopefully one that's made for the TC.... Regards.....

Forum member 103West43rd posted a link on your first response of a post explaining how to pull that radio. If that link will not work for you, here it it in full; The cover that surrounds the radio snaps off... I recommend you purchase a set of ("Plastic") pry tools so you won't mar the dash. The clips that hold the cover on will resist your efforts with considerable force. There are 4 clips total, one in each corner. Start at either lower corner and from the bottom, release the lower clips first. Then from the sides, pry out the upper two corners. Take your time, use plastic pry tools, and it will come off. The radio is held by 4 metric hex screws, 7 mm if I remember correctly... Good luck!

This is a Transit Connect forum.... How does your incoherent psychotic crap have anything to do with a TC?
-
Dude, WTF? You must be smoking crack... Depman asked about a laptop mount, for a Transit Connect, and I'm sure your mindless bi-polar, forgot to take your meds rhetoric, will help him out.
-
Once again, WTF does the above babbling have to do with a Transit Connect?
-
Yes I did. And if a chrome deflector cannot be found, then I will consider getting it.... Thanks again Terry. (;

Thanks Terry, I'll look into that........(;

Really......??? Got a 2005 Ford SuperDuty with a chrome hood deflector that's been on since new. There have been No issues with your concerns..... Unless of course your in a aircraft flying "inverted" with the plane and sun, and my truck aligned up just right and at just the right time of day..... Seriously, it's not a problem, or the DOT wouldn't allow them. They are available for many makes and models, just can't find one for the TC.... Thanks anyway for the words of wisdom.....

Have looked without any luck, for a chrome hood ( bug) deflector for my 2012 TC. All I find are the "smoke" colored ones. Anybody know who sells the chrome ones? The closest I've found is a chrome trim strip for the hoods lower trim piece...
