  1. I had the same problem with my new-to-me 2016 TC. I removed the left front tire, removed enough screws/fasteners to pull back the front of the inner fender, and could see the pump on the bottom of the reservoir. The hose had simply come off of the barb on the pump. Pushed it back on, and voila, everything works! I'm not sure why the hose came loose, but at least for now, I'm back in business!
  2. I just added a heated seat kit to my 2016 TC. Best $40 I ever spent! It took me about 3 hours to install it, but that was partly because I had to feel my way through the seat disassembly. I just ordered another kit for the passenger side and will document the process when I install it. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BKVYYBLR/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  3. I used a fuse tap on the ignition switch fuse (F85 in the under-dash box - 7.5A fuse) to trigger a relay. Works great!
  4. I stole one from a VW New Beetle and it fit just fine in my 2016 Transit Connect. I suspect that they are somewhat generic. There are lots of aftermarket ones available on Amazon
  5. Mine had been broken already when I got it, but the glove box has never fallen out! The pins are pretty hard to see, but they just slide out if you can get to them.
  6. OK, I set this project aside for a few months, but finally have time to try to finish it. I found a steering wheel from a 2016 Transit Connect (same year as mine) and have installed it. Does anyone have an update on the status of Forscan? I saw that the status of the software was in question since it's published by a Russian developer. I'd rather be forewarned if I'm walking into a quagmire! Secondly, I have a WiFi OBDII adapter, but don't see that anyone has tried to update the ECM using one of them. Thoughts?
  7. There's a fuse box in the right rear, passenger side. It's behind a vented panel behind the third row seat (if equipped) that you'll have to pull off.
  8. I've got a 2016 LWB FTC, and am going to attempt this. Is it critical that I get a FTC steering wheel, or will other models work? I've noticed that the steering wheel looks identical to a Ford Focus, and for that matter the Flex Wagon as well. Just wondering how specific it has to be.
  9. Good to know. I'm in the process of buying one, and it also has the blockout panel. I was afraid of pushing the mirrors too hard and stripping something, as it feels like there's a power mechanism in the assembly. I'm VERY surprised that this wasn't standard on the "wagon" configuration. It would be understandable on a work van, but the wagon is a people hauler!
