I just found issue, and solution. At engine rear center has bolt on EGR valve. That valve can be moving helping with a vacuum membrane, that membrane was worn out, so if screwed a small bolt into that vacuum line end, to seal vacuum line, and puch back line to EGR vacuum line connector. After that point my P2598 code goes avay forever, i driven my van cca 4-5000 miles, but never get any error code or any isse. I started it in really winter conditions, in -8°C, but runs fine after every starting, checked with code reader, don't find any error code.

Also, NOT certain, but believe Nissan NV200 CANNOT tow any trailer due to CVR transmission. My older 2016 and present 2018 XLT wagons rated for 2000 lbs gross trailer weight.
